Required items at time of registration:

• Printed copy of all student registration forms downloaded from this web site. These forms are also available at the buildings.
• Copy of certified birth certificate (not a hospital certificate)
• Verification of Residency document. (acceptable items )
• Moving into the District or building a new home
  New Residency Requirement.
• Most recent proof of custody if child(ren) are not living with both natural parents .
• Child's Social Security Card/Number .
• Current Report Card or transcript information.
• Child's immunization records

Completion of these forms on the computer does not officially enroll your child - You must bring them to the School.
