The Treasurer is employed by the Clinton-Massie Board of Education to administer, in cooperation with the Superintendent, the financial, legal and contractual business of the school district. Like the Superintendent, the Treasurer reports directly to the Board.
The community depends on the Treasurer’s Office to invest district funds wisely, provide accurate financial information, and ensure that the funds of the district are spent within the confines of the law. The Treasurer’s Office also serves as the secretary to the Board and maintains board meeting minutes. The statutory duties of the Treasurer are set forth in Ohio Revised Code sections 3313.22 through 3313.32.
Tracy has over 28 years experience in the Treasurer's office, including 15 years as Treasurer. She re-assumed the position of Treasurer of the Clinton-Massie Local School District in February of 2010. She has spent her entire career at Clinton-Massie with the exception of serving 9 months as the Human Resource Specialist at the Warren County Career Center.
Tracy graduated from East Clinton High School and Southern State Community College. She is also a professional member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials.
